Banner Contest

I am looking for aspiring artists from all across VHR to create banners
for the Block Party Events. They can be as creative as you'd like, as
long as they follow the VHR banner size rules. Text requirements will
be posted in the forum
link here.
Rules
- Banner must be no larger then 150 x 500 Pixels, and
you can enter as many as you'd like. Be creative!
- Banner must be individual, meaning images in it may
not be used for another banner being entered
- Must have some where on there "Block Party 2009"
- Must have text on there some where relating to one of
the 21 events.
For example, a banner for the color trivia can say "I had participated
in the Color Trivia Contest", or a banner in the Movies and books
section can say something like "Rocks at Equine Pop Culture".
- Keep it fun!
Prizes
- Every player who enters will get $2,000,000 dollars +
10 Basic Raffle Tickets.
- Best Banner over all will get $10,000,000 + 50 Basic

- Runner up will receive $5,000,000 + 25 Basic Raffle

Art Contest
- The person with the most banners submitted will get a

- The person with the best banners in ALL 21 events
will get $10,000,000 + 50 Basic Raffle Tickets

Zeboo
Roll Off
Starts July-26 | Winners Announced: Aug-6
July 11 is the opening day to make reservations. Please sign
up on the forum, a random Zeboo foal will be assigned to you once
born. You will be given
a new born horse, and for each additional roll you will receive +5
points. The object of the
competition is to train as you roll, the people with the most
points will be the winners. What is a Zeboo? They are my personal
breed, a cross between a Zebra and a Kangaroo.

will receive $2 million dollars for
entering.
- Horse must not
be rolled past 23 years of age.

each round to call Bingo and show their ticket will

Rules
- Contestant may
use no more then 3 Bingo cards for the ENTIRE event.
- All cards must
be submitted (posted on the forum)
before the numbers are called
- Contestants may not switch out their cards, but can
add a card if they are under 3 cards
- The Free Spot in
the middle of the card will count as
a already used Bingo Spot
- All Bingo
numbers will be called using a on line
number generator
- Caller will
continue to call numbers until either
they are all used, or some one calls Bingo
- With each new
game contestants will clear the cards
- Numbers may not
be repeated on the same card. For example Card 1 has B 12, card two
cannot have B12.

1-19 should be placed under "H"
